Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
To offer free shipping we ship using USPS Priority Mail. Processing order time is between 2-5 business days. Once order is processed we will notify you via email of shipment and tracking information. If needing faster shipping please email us. At this time we only ship within the United States.
Additional shipping fees may apply for some of the larger products for the states of Alaska and Hawaii.
Returns and Refunds
Our purpose is to make sure you get quality products.
If the product is damaged during shipping notify us right away. We need a picture of box or envelope and a picture of damaged product. You can chose a full refund, or for us to send out exact item for free.
If you are simply unsatisfied with the product or changed your mind refunds will not be given until product is returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
